after the chain tensioner I've also modified the carter, made some holes and then cutted the outside portion.

this is how it looks the chain tensione installed just to take the measurements. need to be convered with another plate and finalized. Look ate the previous post for the history.

After I've welded 2 plate to create the space for the nut

Then I've built the cover plate and made holes

After finishing butt weld on horizontal position now I'm working on vertical position..next week piping 45 degrees. Then it's done!

I don't have a lathe, but some fantasy..So when you need to make some parts you can always think at an alternative way how to produce it. Briefly this is the sliding support for tha chain tensioner arm.
